WE DID IT!!!
Aldar Academy is now WASC Accredited!
A well earned "Congratulations" should go out to all of the staff, PARENTS, AND STUDENTS. We did it with cooperation, dedication, and the encouragement of many. While our school does not fit the tradtional WASC template, we were able to gather the necessary data, show the necessary dedication to the WASC commitment, and most importantly, we were able to show the dedication that the Aldar Academy family has to one another.
A special thank you needs to go out to the parents that committed to being on our parent focus group and provided the much needed outside view that was such a valuable addition to our research.
Also, thank you to the Aldar Academy student council and student body for committing to learn our ESLR's and putting them into practice instead of just learning to repeat them...remember, we are "lifelong learners".
GREAT JOB!
