Aldar Academy provides student transportation to and from school for students placed by their school district. Transportation services are also available for private pay families (based on individual contract).

All drivers are issued a company cell phone. Please note that drivers do not answer their cell phones while driving in an effort to maximize safety and supervision for the students on our vans. If you attempt to reach a driver during transportation, your call may not be answered until the driver reaches a safe location to return the call. Additionally, no texting services are available.

FIRST, contact the driver directly to leave a message regarding the change and SECOND, call Aldar Academy (916) 485-9685 to confirm the change.

If your family moves, or is planning to move, please notify our school immediately. The change to a student’s drop off and/or pick up schedule can take up to 72 hours.

Aldar Academy emphasizes safety in transporting students. We regularly inspect and service our vans. We use GPS communication and tracking systems for all transportation routes to ensure the highest level of safety for our students.

The complexity of arranging routes and coordinating transportation for school pupils from several districts requires cooperative efforts in planning and communication. Please utilize calendars, schedules, and identify special needs early in the planning stages so that we can do our best to work cooperatively with family circumstances.
