Aldar Academy

There are four methods for Aldar Academy alumni to request copies of official transcripts: walk-in, fax, scan to email or mail.  Transcript requests must be submitted by the alumni ONLY!  Requirements for processing requests are as follows:

Walk-in ~  Visit the school's office during normal business hours (call 916-485-9685 for summer hours), request a transcript, show ID, and pay the $5 fee.  We accept cash, cashier's check, and money orders - no personal checks.  There is a 24 hour processing time, however with time permitting most requests are processed at the time of request.

Fax, Mail, Scan to email ~  Visit the Aldar Academy website for these methods.  Go to www.aldaracademy.org, click on the TRANSCRIPTS link, send an e-mail to the Custodian of Records.  Be sure to send a scanned signature along with your picture ID.  Make sure you send the signed request form and a legible copy of your driver's license.  The request will be processed within 24 business hours from time request is received.
