Mr. Daniel has served as Principal of Aldar Academy since 2007 and currently holds the roles of both President and Principal of Aldar Academy, where he also serves as a member of the Board. His long-standing leadership reflects a deep commitment to student-centered practices, organizational excellence, and continuous improvement within a non-public school setting.

With extensive leadership experience across non-public schools, group homes, and law enforcement, Mr. Daniel brings a well-rounded, systems-based perspective to his work. This background enhances his ability to support students with diverse and complex needs while fostering clarity, consistency, and collaboration for families and staff. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Mr. Daniel is recognized for cultivating strong professional teams through mentorship, strategic supervision, and capacity building. He has designed and oversees a formal professional growth pathway for current and aspiring behavioral support personnel and educators, strengthening both behavioral and academic programming across the school. In addition to his leadership at Aldar Academy, Mr. Daniel serves as a Board Member of the California Association of Private Special Education Schools (CAPSES), contributing his expertise at a statewide level.
