Ms. Jennifer brings a depth and breadth of experience in special education to her role as Vice-Principal at Aldar Academy. As a fully credentialed Moderate/Severe Education teacher, she is deeply committed to providing high-quality, individualized instruction that supports the diverse academic, behavioral, and functional needs of students.

With extensive experience in residential and therapeutic settings, Ms. Jennifer offers a strong foundation in behavioral supports and structured programming. Her leadership is characterized by consistency, compassion, and a student-centered approach, ensuring that complex challenges are met with thoughtful, effective solutions that promote student growth and success.

Ms. Jennifer is a collaborative and forward-thinking instructional leader with a strong passion for continuous learning. Her expertise and insight contribute significantly to faculty development, including the oversight and guidance of the credentialing pathway for aspiring intern teachers. She has served as a trusted mentor to numerous student teachers, fostering reflective practice, professional confidence, and instructional effectiveness.
