Our outstanding kitchen staff is one of our proudest accomplishments at Aldar Academy. Our food service staff cook virtually every meal from scratch, perparing some exceptionally tasty meals for our students. Ms. Elisa Guardado is in charge of our Kitchen. She and her staff prepare breakfast and lunch for our students. They serve approximately 25,000 meals per school year to our children.
Aldar Academy is a participant in the National School Lunch Program and the Especially Needy School Breakfast Program. Aldar Academy enrolled in the California Fresh Start Pilot Program as of May 2006.
